All Sales are FINAL on any Moose, Elk ,and W-30 Whitetail Antler Chandeliers.

There is a 20% Restocking Fee on all Antler or Tinware Light Fixtures.

Return Policy for Products Damaged During Shipment
After receiving your shipment, you have two weeks in which to inspect the product(s) and inform One Guy Light Co. of any damages that occurred during shipment, prior to delivery. If you determine your product was damaged during shipment, please contact us Immediately at -1877-864-9584. If you fail to notify us within 2 weeks of delivery of any damaged shipments, One Guy Light Co. is not responsible for the damaged product and will not be able to service you with a replacement or refund.

Returns taken only if lighting fixture has not been used and is in its original condition. The fixture cannot have been installed or modified in any way. The fixture must be enclosed in the original box with sufficient packaging material for safe return shipment.

When returning product to One Guy Light Co. it is the customer's responsibility to pack the product in the original box with sufficient packaging material, and it is in the customer's best interest to insure the package. Any item received damaged at One Guy Light Co. is the customer's responsibility and no replacement or refund will be issued.

If the product is damaged during shipment back to One Guy Light Co., we will not be able to issue the customer a refund or credit for the product. We will inform the customer via email or Phone that the item(s) were received damaged and we will hold the damaged product up to 45 days. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier and to instruct One Guy Light Co. concerning the disposition of the damaged product. If we have not received notification or response from the customer within 45 days, We will no longer be responsible for returned Item(s).
